Ordering

There are five ways of placing your order. Please state clearly when ordering, if you require insurance and also by which
method you wish to settle payment (see further down for details).

Online. Orders can be placed online using our shopping cart facility. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and then
proceed on through to the checkout where you can select the method of payment by which you wish to pay for your order
and then once we receive your order, we will confirm availability, plus the total amount required inclusive of shipping and
insurance (if request*). If you are paying for your order with a credit or debit card, the transaction is not processed straight
away, payment is collected only after your order is ready for shipping. *Please inform us if you require insurance.

Email. You can place your order by email to: sales@timelapse-records.co.uk - we will confirm availability, together with the
total amount required inclusive of shipping and insurance (if request*), as soon as we receive your email. Please remember
to include your full name and address for delivery, so that we can calculate shipping costs correctly.   If you wish to settle
payment by credit or debit card, details can provided by phone or fax. Do not send your credit card details via email.

Phone. You can phone us with your order, the number is: +44 (0)20 8393 3020 and our office hours are 8:30am to 6:30pm
(Monday to Friday, including public holidays and we occasionally work some weekends, so you may find the office manned
on a Saturday morning and possibly even on a Sunday). Our answerphone is available outside of these hours and you can
leave a message on this - we will return your call at the earliest possible opportunity.

Fax. Orders maybe placed by fax, the number is the same as our phone number; +44 (0)20 8393 3020, and the machine is
operational 24 hours a day on every day of the year. Please include either a fax number or an address (email or postal) to
which confirmation of availability, plus the invoice maybe sent. If you would like the package insured, please state this on
your fax. Please ensure your details are written clearly and legibly, use capital letters if possible.

Post. Orders maybe sent in writing, our address is listed on the contact page. Please include your full name and address
details of the products you wish to order and state your preferred method for payment. Confirmation of your order will be
post by return and an invoice provided (remember to inform us if you would like the package insured). Do not include pay-
ment with your order, wait until you receive our invoice first. Thank you.

2.

Insurance

Orders placed for shipping to international destinations outside the UK are not insured against loss or damage, unless this
was specifically request when you placed the order and the country to which it's destined, accepts insured packages (not
every country supports these services, though the majority do). Please ask for further information on both the availability
and cost of insurance.

3.

Payment

Payment for your order maybe made by one of the following four methods:

Cheque. From anyone with a UK Bank account (we cannot accept foreign cheques). Please make all cheques payable
      to: “Timelapse Records”.

Credit Card. We accept the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Electron, Maestro (formerly Switch)
MasterCard, Solo, Switch (Maestro), Visa, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

PMO (IMO). Postal and International Money Orders. These are only acceptable in Pounds Sterling and must be drawn on
a UK Bank; ie: the name of a UK Bank must appear on the front (or in some cases the back).

Postal Order (UK issue). Postal Orders must be left uncrossed and should be made payable to: “Timelapse Records”.
Please ensure that these are left uncrossed, otherwise we will have to return them.

4.

Privacy policy

Your privacy is our priority and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the information that you provide us with
is held securely and we will not, under any circumstances, disclose this information to a third party. The information is con-
fidential and is treated as such. Not only that, but card details are not stored electronically, anywhere. After the order has
been received, the details are deleted and only the order is held for processing.

5.

Stock availability

Many of the products listed are currently available from stock, but there are also quite a few, which are not. With so many
titles available, it would be virtually impossible to carry all of them in stock and there simply isn't enough space available. Of
those that are not available from stock, most can be obtained within five working days (some imports can take a bit longer)
and we eventually aim to hold 95% of the products advertised in our catalogue (website).

6.

Delivery

We shall endeavour whenever possible to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, provided the
products chosen are available in stock and the order is paid for by credit card. For payment by cheque (including IMO, etc.)
dispatch would occurr after payment had cleared and this would be three working days from the date on which payment
is presented. If a product ordered is not available when your order is placed, then we will inform you straight away.

7.

Lost or damaged goods

Every product that we sell is packed with considerable care and it is extremely unlikely that you will ever receive a product
from us that has sustained damage during transit. We will replace damaged products, but it's important that you return these
to us first for inspection. It's extremely rare for a package to go missing, but in the unlikely event of such an occurrence
please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
